Greg Secker the Self-made Foreign Exchange Trader

Greg Secker is a millionaire businessman who lives in London. He is the founder of Learn to Trade Company, FX Capital, Capital Index and Smartcharts Software Company. In an interview, Greg said that he doesn’t say no to a challenge he says yes then figure out how to do it. He does not have the mentality of I don’t know how to do it. That’s why he says that he is not a why a guy, he is a why not a guy and that has been his philosophy in doing business.

Greg Secker studied agriculture and food sciences at the University but ended up in finance. Greg used to build and sell computers when he was in the university. Mr. Secker met a friend at a trade fair he attended who invited him for an interview at Thomas Cook Financial Services, and he got the job. Then after some time, he introduced him to currency trading floor in building the virtual trading Desk which became the first Online trading platform where he worked with traders, strategizing their strategies.

Greg Secker retired from the trading market and started talking to people about Foreign Exchange. He has attended many seminars teaching people how it works, how to make money and sharing his passion in the business. He says that money makes everything happen, and makes people do things. Greg Secker has written a book called Financial Freedom through Forex. The book gives guidelines and steps to follow in getting started in the currency market and how to make money from it. He has several other books and has contributed in writing them.

Greg went to the University of Nottingham. He was awarded the British Telecom Award in e-commerce for virtual Trading Desk in 1998. Greg Secker has a non-profit organization which he uses it to help people in improving their lives. The foundation has also partnered with youth programs in providing leadership skills and education to young people which is part of his philanthropic works. His charitable work was recognized, and he was on the list of 200 most influential philanthropists and social entrepreneurs 2017.
